Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a RAM Systems Engineer to join one of their top defense clients at Hill Air Force Base supporting a large defensive weaponry program. This individual will be responsible for acting as the technical liaison and action officer to support collaboration between the Product Support Division, the prime contractor, and external stakeholders. These individuals will be reviewing requirements, specification documents, designs, architectures, and products, as well as coordinate with other teams and stakeholders in the development and evaluation of Reliability, Maintainability, and Availability (RAM) requirements related to the overall large program. This individual will be trained on and responsible for various areas of focus within RAM disciplines that requires a strong analytical and mathematical background. This individual will assist in designing and implementing effective data collection structures and analysis systems to support incremental reliability growth assessments. They will analyze preliminary plans and reliability engineering programs to achieve U.S Air Force reliability objectives.

Skills and Requirements

7+ years of Engineering experience within the following (Master's Degree accounts for 2 years of experience)

• Any experience with Reliability, Maintainability, and Availability (RAM) Engineering disciplines

OR

• Experience with Model Based Systems Engineering concepts with CAMEO, DOORS, SysML, Rhapsody, etc...

• Experience within architecture development and requirement management

-Experience with integrated requirements into existing acquisition lifecycle phases, milestones, and deliverables with system engineering principles

-Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Physics, or Mathematics

-Active Secret Clearance and SAP eligible

-Ability to sit on site at Hill AFB daily (located in Clearfield, UT) Plusses:

• Any ICBM experience

• Masters Degree

• Active TS Clearance

• Previous SAP Clearance experience

• Any experience within the following areas of focus;

• Design phases of reliability, availability, maintainability, supportability, and logistics; system integration and testing; Environment Stress Screening (ESS); Accelerated Lifetime Testing (ALT); Highly Accelerated Lifetime Testing (HALT); maintainability demonstrations; reliability demonstrations; growth planning and testing; and sparing analysis. null
