Role description:

The Timekeeping Admin team supports approximately 6000 employees across the US and Canada to ensure their timecards are completed timely and accurately. Arcadis uses Oracle Timekeeping in a cloud environment. (OTL)

The Timekeeping Admin Manager is responsible for managing all processes related to weekly timecards for the US and Canada, and has a high level of understanding of Arcadis timekeeping and payroll policies. This includes management of the timekeeping admin team and all processes related to employee timecard support, documentation, and development of changes to be compliant with Arcadis policy and payroll rules.

Arcadis seeks a qualified individual reporting out of the Highlands Ranch, Colorado office with 4-5 years of experience leading a team of individuals supporting processes across many locations and time zones.

This role reports to the US Data Governance Director in Finance.

Role accountabilities:

Process Delivery Leads the team of timekeeping professionals, including providing support for goal setting, feedback, and development of the team. Support of employees and team members with questions regarding timecard functionality and issues. Participate in discussions regarding policy changes that affect timecards and the development of enhancement of timecard validations or rules. Escalates critical issues and problems related to the timekeeping process. Develops and maintains training materials for Timekeeping for end users and support personnel. Coordinates, develops, and participates in the testing of quarterly upgrades, incident resolution, continuous improvement, and enhancements to OTL and related applications and processes. Continuous review of reports and validations to ensure changes and updates by employees to timecards are in accordance with rules and timing for payroll. Works with the communication team to provide employee notifications of upcoming events related to timecards. Provides Welcome notifications to new hires and global transfers to provide training documentation. Provides audit support for Project and Financial audits related to timecards. Manages the timecard approval process and related systems. Ensures timely approvals are completed by employees and line managers. Takes the lead on the development of cleanup and changes of the Timecard approval module. Coordinates weekly timecard closeout process. Understands the impact and flow of timecards to project costs. Supports the payroll team in resolving timecard issues impacting the payroll process.

Key Shared Accountabilities: Help desk support of end users to provide "how to" guidance and fix problems. US and Canada timecard development Coordination of communications Coordinates changes with tech community. Develops and maintains training materials.

Qualifications & Experience:

Required Qualifications: 4-5 years of experience managing a team that supports a large group of end users through hands-on interaction and communication. Experience leading a team of individuals supporting processes across many locations and time zones.

Preferred Qualifications: Understanding of Oracle Timecard, Finance & DtR functionality. Talented in constructing guidance materials.
