ManpowerGroup Hybrid - Sr. Recruiter - Engineering/Manufacturing in Highland Heights, Kentucky

Are you passionate about talent acquisition and client engagement? We're seeking a dynamic individual to join our team, working 2/3 days a week in-office to support manufacturing salary roles. From Process Engineers to Production Supervisors, we handle the full cycle intake with a high focus on DEI experience.

As part of our collaborative team, you'll own requisitions, foster client relationships, and leverage systems like Workday and Teams to streamline processes. Handling up to 20 reqs, your high-touch approach with hiring managers ensures a seamless recruitment experience.

Requirements:

Industry: 3+ years of recruiting experience

ATS: Must have experience with Workday

Education: High school diploma or equivalent
