The Opportunity:

  • CACI will require an experienced Master Scheduler to support IMS responsibilities covering multiple categories across multiple military installations.

  • Location for this program is in High Point, NC.

  • Some travel (5-10%) would be required for kickoff meetings at customer locations and as-needed face-to-face events

  • Responsible for supporting the Program Manager in establishing a integrated master schedule (IMS) and maintaining / updating the schedule for the program period of performance.

Responsibilities:

• Create, monitor, and analyze project schedules in accordance with standard of best project practice

• Track, analyze, and report information appropriately to allow the project teams to manage their projects and evaluate weekly reports

• Maintain the program Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) and provide updates to the customer.

• Ensure accuracy of project schedules and performed version control

• Co-ordinate project schedules, tasks, meeting updates, and efficient distribution of reports

• Prepare, implement, and monitor scopes of work using Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) for control and integrity

• Monitor projects’ progress, including identifying critical activities and reviewing forecasts and progress achieved to date

• Track baselines, perform what-if analysis, and develop contingency plans

• Perform coordination of cross-functional departments to identify project issues, monitor action items, and work with the project manager to ensure resolution.

Qualifications:

Required:

• Bachelor’s Degree, or an additional four (4) years of relevant experience allowed in lieu of degree

• Eight (8) years IMS experience on a large program with at least four (3) years leading scheduling personnel

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Project (Server or Online) a requirement, with Microsoft Project certification(s) preferred

• Demonstrated experience on programs with responsibility for development and execution of the IMS, including setup, baseline management and update/maintenance, schedule analysis, critical path analysis, SRAs, and CDRL deliveries

• Experience rolling up several IMS schedules to create and maintain a true integrated master schedule

  • Experience with schedule health metrics (e.g., DCMA 14-point check) and Schedule Metric Analysis – such as BEI, CPLI, SPI, etc.

• SECRET Clearance

Desired:

  • Experience working an IMS within a large Air Force Program is a plus.

  • Significant experience managing a large program for any US Government agency

  • Project Management Institute (PMI) Project Management Professional (PMP) or an equivalent certification / work experience

  • Knowledge and experience performing EVM functions of the IMS

The proposed salary range for this position is:

$65,000 - $136,500
