Robert Half Executive Assistant in High Point, North Carolina

Description

We are offering a contract employment opportunity for an Executive Assistant in the Healthcare/NHS industry, based in New York City. This fully remote role will primarily involve providing high-level administrative support to C-Level executives within the organization. The successful candidate will be adept at handling confidential information, managing calendars, booking domestic and international travel, creating expense reports, and liaising with the board.

Responsibilities:

• Providing comprehensive administrative support to C-Level executives

• Calendar management, including scheduling appointments and organizing meetings

• Booking domestic and international travel arrangements and accommodations

• Creating and maintaining expense reports

• Communicating with the board and other stakeholders

• Handling confidential information with discretion

• Assisting the CEO and other senior executives with their daily tasks

• Utilizing Microsoft Office Suite for correspondence and other tasks

• Ensuring effective communication and coordination both internally and externally

• Managing multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, adjusting priorities as needed

Requirements • A minimum of 5 years of experience in an Executive Assistant role, preferably within the Healthcare or NHS sector

• Proficiency in using Concur, CRM, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office Suites, Microsoft Outlook, and About Time

• Demonstrable experience in Calendar Management, Correspondence, C-Suite interactions, Documentation, Calendaring, and Arranging Travel

• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• High level of discretion and confidentiality for dealing with sensitive information

• Proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Outstanding time management skills

• High attention to detail and strong proofreading skills

• Experience in the Healthcare/NHS industry is desirable

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field is advantageous.
