Responsibilities: 1. Design typography, layout, style, color theme, and develop different types of graphic materials;2. Create web-ready designs including graphics, user interface, animation, concept to deliver an esthetic visual voice of our e-commerce website and multiple social media platforms;3. Collaborate with E-Commerce team, Sales team and Tech team to discuss and make necessary changes of design; 4. Partner with internal departments to determine full graphic requirements; 5. Plan interactive content, graphic aspects, and presentation of materials, ensuring the consistency of design, reviewing proofs and accurate rates; 6. Produce digital designs, and research and study new software to keep creating innovative works; Produce print design end to end; Develop own branding guidelines; 7. Analyze and gather website report information and evaluate results to choose the best solution and solve problems. Improve the website design and user interface / user experience to raise the revenue and decrease the bounced emails; 8. Review final art or design materials to maintain documents and data.Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Design, Fine Arts, or relevant fields.2. 12 months of graphic design-related job experience.3. Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop.4. Understanding of CSS and HTML.5. Travel is required once every two years to the Tradeshows. Responsible for the photoshoot. Location varies.Worksite: 290 Duffy Avenue, Ste D, Hicksville, NY 11801.
