Our client, a leading manufacturer, is seeking a Machine Operator to join their team. As a Machine Operator, you will be part of the production department supporting quality assurance and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, effective communication skills, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Machine Operator

Location: Newton, NC

Pay Range: $18.00 per hour (Overtime available)

What’s the Job?

1. Operate and maintain production machinery.

2. Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as needed.

3. Assemble and inspect products to ensure quality standards.

4. Collaborate with team members to meet production goals.

5. Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.

What’s Needed?

1. High School Diploma or GED required.

2. Previous machine operation or manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required.

3. Ability to work 2nd or 3rd shift, including overtime as needed.

4. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.

5. Good communication skills and the ability to work in a team.
