Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Customer Success Specialist in Hialeah, Florida. The position entails acting as a point of contact for our customers, handling customer inquiries professionally and promptly, and ensuring customer satisfaction through collaborative efforts with the team.

Responsibilities:

• Act as the main point of contact for customers through email and phone, providing prompt and professional responses to inquiries

• Generate proposals by entering customer-provided information from emails and sketches into estimating software

• Follow up on proposals through emails and telephone calls to ensure customer satisfaction

• Enter received orders into our system, ensuring the information is complete and correct

• Attend weekly production meetings to represent customer interests

• Assist customers with technical inquiries and problems, providing solutions in a timely manner

• Log and track all quotes/orders into our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system

• Maintain accurate customer records and update information as needed to ensure seamless customer service

• Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction, following company policies and procedures regarding customer interactions

• Assist other departments with marketing projects and other office-related duties as required. Requirements • Demonstrated proficiency in Customer Service

• Proficiency in Data Entry tasks

• Experience with e-Filing systems

• Knowledge of Back Office Support functions

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively

• Proficiency in using computer software and online systems

• Problem-solving and decision-making skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Flexibility to adapt to changes in procedures and job assignments
