Summary: Currently, ManTech is seeking a Vice President of Enterprise, Program Management Standards & Quality Assurance to spearhead the development and enhancement of our enterprise-wide program management framework. This strategic leadership role focuses on developing the quality and standards to optimizing program execution, fostering delivery excellence, and enhancing organizational capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Working in close collaboration with Sector Program Operations Leaders and other executives to:

  • Lead the design and implementation of a scalable program management framework and value creation initiatives tailored for enterprise-wide operations.

  • Integrate best practices and tools in project and program management, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.

  • Oversee the training and development curriculum for program managers and project staff, elevating program management maturity across the organization.

  • Champion the standardization of processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness of project delivery.

  • Participate in Independent program reviews and peer reviews.

  • Establish resource methodology and enterprise tools necessary for successful program execution.

  • Align delivery operations with Sector Ops business strategies to satisfy client demand signals and expectations.

  • Develop metrics, KPIs and systems to monitor and measure the success of the program operations and make data-driven decisions for continuous improvement. Including executive level dashboards for C Suite, Sector GMs, Division and Portfolio managers.

  • Provide enabling tools, systems, and automation to support value creation objectives and initiatives.

  • Facilitate communication and stakeholder engagement at all levels of the organization to ensure transparency and alignment on project goals and corporate objectives.

  • Partner with Sector Program Operations leaders to ensure alignment, solutioning/sales, execution, and adherence to program management frameworks across the enterprise.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.

  • 15+ years of experience in program management, with at least 8 years in an executive role overseeing large-scale enterprise operations at a Fortune 500 scale organization.

  • Extensive knowledge of program management principles, methodologies, and tools, with professional certifications (e.g., PMP, PgMP, DAU – DAWIA III)

  • Experience designing, deploying, and enhancing enterprise Program Management frameworks at large, complex organizations engaged in business with the US government. Experience working with US federal government contracts.

  • Demonstrated ability in leading organizational change and managing complex stakeholder relationships.

  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a proven track record of leading diverse and remote teams.

  • Strategic thinker with an analytical mind and strong problem-solving capabilities.

  • Must possess or qualify for a US government security clearance.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • MBA, or MA/MS degree in a related field.

  • Practice leadership or Program portfolio leadership at a government focused Professional Services, Consulting or Systems Integrator firm.

  • Experience with US federal Program management and evaluation frameworks

  • P&L management with a focus on delivery of professional services to clients across government and industry

  • Experience designing and executing multi-year business transformation strategies.

  • Prior Experience developing, delivering, and measuring effectiveness of learning curriculum to a distributed workforce.
