We are looking for Systems Engineers with a minimum of 11 years relevant experience and a Bachelor s and/or Master s Degree.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills

• Minimum of 11 years relevant experience and a Bachelor s and/or Master s Degree.

• Ability to install and configure vCenter server

• Experience with ESXi cluster servers

• Strong technical knowledge of VMware products: vSphere, vCenter, &/or Aria Suite

• Experience implementing NSX, SRM &/or vSAN in DR or failover operational environments

• 3 years experience in infrastructure architecture and design complex distributed systems environments, including failover techniques, recovery/rollback, and application partitioning.

• Understanding of network & storage architectures, including peripheral interfaces (SCSI, RAID, Ethernet) and multi-processor designs (SMP)

• Experience virtualizing enterprise applications

• Experience with AWS

• Experience monitoring the health of VMs operating in various data centers

Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills

• Experience with VMware 7

• Strong networking expertise

• Experience with cloud migration

• Experience with (automation/operations) integration across IT infrastructure

Nice to have:

• Experience with current software development methodologies with emphasis on software and hardware architecture, and infrastructure design and development

• Experience with other cloud environments to include, but not limited to, Azure or Google

• Experience providing guidance on optimization of desktop for platform interoperability

• Experience acting as liaison between Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) technologies

• VMware 8 knowledge

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $140690 - $239140

Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
