We are looking for Systems Engineers to join our technology-based program supporting a key government customer.

  • Design, test and deploy new Voice infrastructure

  • Implement next generation voice system technology (1 st article voice engineering)

  • Participate in the security accreditation process for all systems

  • Provide certificate management for all systems

  • Perform system upgrades and patching for hardware and software

  • Provide voice system engineering for new site standup

  • Provide Tier 4 engineering support for all Voice systems

  • Design, test and deploy call center technology. In addition to providing user training and transition plans

  • Perform variety of tasks associated with call routing and trunking within the assigned platforms

  • Participate in meetings with clients and internal departments to understand system requirements

  • Design, test and deploy call center technology. Additionally provide user training and transition plans

  • Monitor and ensure compliance to standards, policies and procedures

  • Work in an enterprise IT environment with specific task related to Voice

  • Collaborate with network engineering and other telecom engineers in integration activities involving telephony or call center

  • Hands-on experience with current secure communications devices (VoIP phones, STEs Viper and other devices) and infrastructure components (communications lines - POTs/ISDN/Leased line, PBXs, encryption devices, conference bridges, call management servers)

  • Experience with Skype for Business, Avaya Communication Manager, Call Center technology design and best practice

Required Education, Experience, & Skills

We are looking for experienced Voice Engineers to join our technology-based program supporting a key Government customer. A bachelor s or master s degrees in computer science are preferred with a minimum of three (3) year s relevant experience with the following skillsets:

  • SIP signaling and call flows

  • Secure Real-Time Transport Protocol

  • SIP

  • MGCP

  • TCP/IP

  • H.323

  • MPLS

  • DNS

  • DHCP

  • RTP

Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills

  • MCSE certification

  • A certification

  • Network certification

  • CCNA, CCNP, ITIL, CCIE, HP, MCSE, CCVP, CCDP, CATE, R&S

  • Cisco Voice certifications

  • Juniper certifications

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $112420 - $191070

Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
