We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Customer Service Representative based in Herndon, VA. This role primarily involves providing support to our builders in the Public Sector space, serving as the point of contact for policy guidance and performance management consulting.

This is a HYBRID role out of Herndon, VA - 3 days in office - days at home.

Responsibilities:

• Acting as the primary point of contact for policy guidance and performance management consulting.

• Conducting investigations and consulting on compensation matters.

• Prioritizing the needs of our builders in a high-volume environment.

• Making high judgement decisions as part of the role.

• Collaborating with a wide range of HR Professionals.

• Administering and managing Human Resources processes across AWS technologies.

• Utilizing creativity in problem-solving and decision-making processes.

• Applying standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the field.

• Working under general supervision and reporting to a manager.

• Employing a certain degree of creativity and latitude in accomplishing goals.

Requirements • Proven experience in a customer service role

• Proficiency in AWS technologies

• Strong planning and organizational skills

• Familiarity with HR administration and policies

• Experience in supervising a team

• Ability to consult and provide advice to customers

• Knowledge of compensation administration and performance management

• Creativity in problem-solving and dealing with customer issues

• Experience in conducting investigations in a professional manner

• Familiarity with public sector organizations and their practices

• Excellent communication skills

• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
