TEKsystems is looking to hire several Customer Service Representatives to assist a client of ours in the Herndon, Virginia area. These positions would take place ON SITE.

This position is a great opportunity to get your foot in the door and also has upward career mobility. Also, this position would look to interview and start right away.

Qualifications

• Previous RECENT customer service or banking experience (1-2 years preferred)

• Call center experience a plus, independent, positive, confident, and customer-oriented

• Strong communications ability (both written and verbal)

Job Description

• Receiving calls from current and prospective customers

• Updating customer's information in the company database

• Processing a variety of transactions, inluding payments

Hours

8:00am-4:30pm Monday-Friday

Pay

20-21/hr. (based off of experience)

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.00/hr.
