Bluehawk, LLC is seeking a skilled Business Developer / Capture Manager with a proven background in proposal management to join our team. This role involves leading capture efforts, managing proposal development, and identifying new business opportunities to enhance our market position.

Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify new business opportunities in alignment with the strategic goals of Bluehawk.

• Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key stakeholders in government agencies and industry partners.

• Lead the capture strategy formulation and oversee the execution of detailed capture plans.

• Manage the proposal development process, ensuring alignment with customer requirements and timelines.

• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine business development strategies.

• Oversee pipeline activities and provide periodic updates to senior management regarding capture progress and new opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must be eligible and/or have an active TS/SCI clearance.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. An advanced degree is preferred.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, capture management, and proposal management within the defense or intelligence sectors with the last 12 months.

• Demonstrated ability to lead successful proposal efforts and secure government contracts.

• In-depth knowledge of government procurement, contracting processes, and regulatory requirements.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.

• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.

• Work in a collaborative fast paced environment.

  Desirable Qualifications:

• PMP or equivalent project management certification.

• Proficiency with CRM software and pipeline management tools.
