Actalent is currently partnering with a facility in the Hermitage area in need of a Clinical Nurse Coordinator to join their team. Please see below for details and qualifications!

Description

• Under the general supervision of the unit's director, the CNC is responsible for directing and coordinating all unit functions during their designated shifts. In collaboration with other management team members, this individual continuously assesses the quality of patient care services provided in the unit.

Job Duties:

• Assist with admission and discharge processes.

• Work with subject matter experts and the leadership team to support improved outcomes and service.

• Provide coaching, feedback, and training to enhance performance and engagement.

• Help with staff scheduling.

Skills & Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse license

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing

• Basic Cardiac Life Support, or BCLS Instructor, or CPR must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date

• ACLS within 30 days of hire

• NIHSS Stroke Certification within 30 days of hire

• Candidate must have previous Charge Nurse experience to be considered
