NY1506829 Custodial/Building Maintenance Position needed for Green Thumb Environmental Beautification in Herkimer, NY.

Part-time, regular position.

Pay rate is $15.00 per hour.

Jobs duties are, but not limited to: Beautification of the grounds, emptying trash/recyclable/compost containers, painting/ staining (small objects), operating, cleaning, and report servicing/ damage of hand tools, mowers, snow blowers, and landscape trailers. Perform custodial duties at assigned facilities, fields, fishing access sites, day areas, and wildlife areas. Clean restrooms completely including: Wash basins, urinals, toilets, drinking fountains, floors (sweeping/mopping), Reporting any vandalism, paraphernalia debris, or unusual activity to DEC supervisor or Law Enforcement. Assist DEC with tasks within the written limitations of the Green Thumb program.
