About The Role
Tech9 is seeking a Telephony Architect. In this role, you will design, implement, and maintain telecommunications systems. You'll collaborate with various teams to ensure smooth communication channels, enhance system performance, and resolve telephony issues promptly.
Your responsibilities will include architecting telecommunication software and flows to improve employee and customer experiences. Staying informed about new telephony technologies is crucial for suggesting infrastructure improvements. Strong problem-solving, technical skills, and effective communication are key for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities
Architect IVR call flow and menu structure for efficiency
Work with and assist data teams with integrations
Outbound call campaign management
Conduct thorough testing and maintain IVR systems.
Responds to requests received through ServiceNow and Jira sprints.
Implement security measures for phone systems
Work effectively with team members to achieve common goals and objectives
Maintain open and clear communication channels within the team, sharing ideas, feedback, and updates regularly
Offer assistance and support to team members when needed, contributing to a positive and cohesive work environment
Contribute to problem-solving efforts within the team, offering creative solutions and helping to overcome obstacles
Minimum Requirements:
2-3 years of experience with telephony software. Genesys Cloud is a preferred but not a requirement
Database integration knowledge. SnowFlake is a plus
Ability to balance independent work with team collaboration to drive projects forward.
Strong documentation skills.
