The Role

  • Manage work projects and activities in an agile environment using two-week Sprints.

  • Conduct weekly scrum calls as well as Sprint Planning and Close meetings as well as periodic Retrospectives.

  • Define new project outlines with input from team members.

  • Oversee that work projects and activities meet all security compliance regulations.

  • Oversee internal processes that applications and platforms need to go through as part of the development and deployment processes.

  • Provides compliance management oversight.

  • Provide management periodic status reports on work being performed including any blockers or risks for which managements needs to be aware.

Required Skills and Experience

  • A degree in IT, business or related qualifications.

  • 2 years of work experience in coordinating project activities.

  • Proficiency with Azure DevOps, Microsoft 365 applications and ServiceNow.

  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment on multiple work activities simultaneously.

  • Strong attention to details and an inquisitive attitude to understand the work being performed.

  • Good knowledge of cyber security, incident response, security operations, vulnerability management, IT security architecture, risk management, cyber threat hunting, and cyber security standards

Preferred Skills and Experience

•Security tooling for Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR)

•Anti-virus Vulnerability Management Scanning and Remediation

•Technical architecture skills

•Familiarity with IT compliance standards and activities

•Familiarity with DevSecOps practices and methodologies, and experience integrating security into agile development processes

•Familiarity with emerging security technologies and trends, such as artificial intelligence/machine learning in security, zero trust architecture, or secure remote access solutions
