Job Description

We are seeking a candidate with over 1 year of experience in carpentry, painting, or electrical work, whether in commercial or residential settings. The role involves using hand and power tools to perform repair, maintenance, and upkeep of commercial properties. You will work in teams to complete apartment turnovers and major repairs. The position requires travel to different properties on a weekly basis.

Candidates will be expected to be comfortable commuting between commercial properties around Rochester (only 10 minutes apart)

Shift: 7AM- 3:30PM
