Job Title: Mechanical Piping SuperintendentJob Description
As a Mechanical Piping Superintendent, you will be responsible for analyzing, implementing, and documenting all aspects of a construction company's safety plan. You will join an existing team working on a large Data Center project in Virginia.
Responsibilities
Analyze and implement the construction company's safety plan.
Document all safety protocols and procedures.
Supervise craft in a self-perform environment.
Monitor production and control costs.
Facilitate management controls such as schedules, cost control, procurement, and quality/safety during project execution.
Essential Skills
Experience in construction management, mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, and commercial construction.
MEP Superintendent experience.
Experience working on MEP projects valued at $5 million or more.
OSHA 30 certification.
Experience with site construction, safety, and supervision.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Familiarity with management controls (schedules, cost control, procurement, and quality/safety).
Demonstrated experience in monitoring production and controlling costs.
Work Environment
Work will be conducted onsite at the QTS Data Center project in Sandston, Virginia. The role offers the opportunity to join a preexisting team in a company that values culture and training, with a broad range of projects across commercial, healthcare, and data center sectors in five states.
