Robert Half Help Desk Analyst in Henniker, New Hampshire

Description We are seeking a Help Desk Analyst to join our team located in Henniker, New Hampshire. This role involves providing front-line support for faculty, staff, and students, managing and supporting the Blackboard Learning Management System, and assisting with Windows operating system support. This position also requires participation in daily help desk operations and communication with users of varying technical abilities. This position offers a contract to hire employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for faculty, staff, and students, addressing a wide range of technical issues

• Manage and provide support for the Blackboard Learning Management System, including troubleshooting and resolving issues related to both Blackboard Learn and Blackboard Ultra

• Assist with ensuring the proper functioning of Windows operating systems

• Participate in daily help desk operations, handling break/fix issues and providing general technical assistance

• Maintain a customer-focused approach, ensuring a positive experience for all users

• Communicate effectively with users who may be stressed or not technically savvy, ensuring that their needs are met with patience and understanding

• Collaborate with the help desk team to manage and resolve incoming support requests

• Provide support to faculty, staff, and students, addressing technical issues and ensuring smooth operation of systems

• Manage Blackboard-related tasks, including troubleshooting and user support

• Maintain a positive, customer-focused environment, helping to create a supportive and stress-free experience for all users. Requirements • Proficiency in Android Development

• Familiarity with Cisco Technologies

• Proficiency in Citrix Technologies

• Knowledge of Database systems

• Experience with EO/IR systems

• Experience with Active Directory

• Familiarity with Computer Hardware

• Experience in Deployments

• Proficiency in MS Windows and Windows Desktop

• Experience in Desktop Support and Remote Desktop Support

• Ability to perform Break Fix tasks
