Robert Half Financial Reporting and Analysis Analyst in Hendersonville, Tennessee

Description We are looking for a skilled and motivated individual to fill the role of Director/Manager Financial Reporting in our team. This role is situated in Hendersonville, Tennessee, and is part of the telecom industry. The successful candidate will be pivotal in structuring and analyzing financial statements, generating operational metrics, and conducting investment analysis to drive strategic company decisions.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze financial data using statistical techniques and provide reports and recommendations based on this analysis

• Generate comprehensive financial reports detailing company performance on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis

• Prepare and update financial forecasts while reporting any significant financial discrepancies to management

• Utilize accounting software systems effectively for data management, accounts maintenance, report generation, and other financial operations

• Collaborate with various departments to gather, interpret and utilize financial and non-financial data

• Work directly in the management of multiple entities to report accurately on their financial standing and inter-related impacts

• Perform financial forecasting, reporting, and operational metrics tracking

• Use financial modeling to simulate financial scenarios

• Assist in the budgeting and variance analysis process

• Participate in special project assignments to develop world-class financial models and reporting. Requirements • Must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role as Director/Manager Financial Reporting.

• Proven experience with Accounting Software Systems is essential.

• Demonstrable experience with CapEx required.

• Proficiency in ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning is a must.

• Familiarity with ERP Solutions is required.

• Experience with Great Plains (GPAC) is an advantage.

• Comprehensive knowledge of Accounting Functions is a prerequisite.

• Proficiency in Auditing is essential.

• Experience with Balance Sheet Account is necessary.

• Familiarity with Budget Processes is required.

• Strong understanding of Compliance is necessary.
