Tatum by Randstad is recruiting for an experienced Business Analyst with expert-level MS Excel skills for a Las Vegas-based gaming/hospitality company. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of accounting experience automating various accounting tasks within Excel utilizing VBA to create macros and custom functions.

This is an immediate need, and compensation is $40 - $50/hr. based on previous experience.

responsibilities:

• Utilize VBA to create macros and custom functions in Excel to automate accounting tasks such as data entry, reconciliation, reporting, and analysis

• Expertise in building complex financial models, conducting scenario analyses, and making informed, data-driven financial decisions

• Execute SQL queries on Excel files

• Create and modify scripts that automate repetitive Excel tasks using Office Scripts

• Enhance workbooks by connecting applications such as Microsoft Teams, and SharePoint to build workflows with Power Automate

• Use Excel add-ins to customize various spreadsheets that will streamline workflows

• Set-up data validation rules to automate Excel data entry

• Automate Excel reports with pivot tables and charts

qualifications:

• 5+ years of accounting experience with advanced Excel skills required

• Certified Excel Expert certification highly desired

• Well-versed in automating Excel; VBA, SQL queries, pivot tables, VLookup's, financial modeling, etc.

• Experience with trigger-based automation tools like Zapier, Workato, and Power Automate are a plus

• Must be willing to work onsite within their Henderson office
