NITRIDE OPERATOR - 2nd or 3rd ShiftThis hourly skilled position ensures our customers receive a quality die cast product through the proper performance of the Nitride process required to maintain the casting tools. ESSENTIAL DUTIES Completes Pre and Post process tooling (Sand blast, plug holes, pre-heat, steam wash, glass blast, etc.) Processes tools through the Nitride pots following all applicable work instructions    Maintains cyanide concentration in potsMaintains nitride pots and replace liners as neededPrepares and maintains records of cyanide waste (hazardous waste)Maintains regular and punctual attendance, in accordance with scheduled work hours, and overtime(OT) as assigned.Meets all physical and environmental requirements.REQUIREMENTSEducation: High school diploma or general education degree (GED).Certifications/Licenses: Gibbs Powered Industrial Equipment License,Hazardous Material and Respiratory Awareness certifications.Experience: Six months related experience.Applicants must be authorized to work for an employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.
