Driver Industrial Safety OPCO LLC 2nd Shift Production Technician in Henderson, Colorado

The production tech is responsible for performing a variety of small tool task for fabrication and or assembly of Wheel chocks under generalsupervision. The production technician will be trained on the process of operating the dispensing machine, molding, demolding process as wellas the trimming and quality inspection of the wheel chocks. The position will be identified by four levels of performance, skills. The productiontechnician will build product according to the work instructions working to hit the established rate per hour/shift. This position reports to the Production Supervisor.

2nd Shift 1:30pm - 11pm - Monday through Friday

JOB SUMMARY: Knowledge of different hand tools used in the process of Producing Wheel chocks Good hand eye coordination skills Ensure the accuracy, quality, and safety of parts produced. Report defective materials or questionable conditions to the department supervisor. Assemble or fabricate pieces or products using a variety of tools and equipment according to require specifications in a specific area of aproduction line Maintain inventory of product in workstations. Perform all work in accordance with quality standards and established safety procedures Ability to work independently Assist with Inventory Control as requested by the Production Supervisor or Leads Enforce and follow all company safety and OSHA policies/procedures. Maintain a clean, neat, and organized work environment. Perform additional duties as required and or requested.

LEVELS OF EXPERIENCE 1. Entry Level - training 2. Beginner works with supervision 3. Intermediate works on own with little support 4. Experienced works on own, with no support and has the ability to train others 5. Production Lead works on own, trains others, and assist others to meet daily production expectations.

EDUCATION AND/OR TRAINING: High School Education or GED equivalent desired 1+ years of warehouse production or fabrication experience is a plus Must be at least 18 years of age.
