The Montana Department of Public Health and Human Services (DPHHS) has a career opportunity within the Senior & Long Term Care, Community Services Bureau. This position is part of Montana’s Money Follows the Person Capacity Building Project and is based in the Community Services Bureau. This role is responsible for the development, oversight, and management of the Home and Community Based Services Settings while promoting the HCBS State team’s mission and goals. The HCBS Settings Manager is intended to provide improvement in Settings coordination and structure. This position will ensure SLTC compliance with federal Settings rules and Heightened Scrutiny Evaluations as well as timely identification and resolution of Settings issues that impact provider enrollment.
