Team Leading
Lead, manage and develop the Hefei two wheel controlling team.
Budget/Forecast /Actual
Lead and facilitate the annual budget for Hefei Two Wheel
Lead and facilitate month end closing process and Financial reporting
Perform the monthly/Quarterly/Yearly performance review with local/BU management team.
Work across department boundaries to achieve plant objectives. Networking with BU controlling
System
Establish and develop SAP-FI / CO module set-up together with Accounting, IE, PI and other related parties. Local Admin user of Hefei Two wheel 2. Ensure SAP set-up in accordance with FRM requirement and Cost Accounting standard
Ensure accurate ACT/FC/BG input in DRIVE Cost Controlling1. Monitor and analyze Hefei two wheel plant operational and costing KPIs.
Establish the standard, consistent, reliable and transparent procedures / tools for various financial analysis.
Consult and support management team with financial analysis in order to make the business decisions.
Supervision the main balance sheet items, stock taking and fix assets registration.
Cross Function
Coordinate with market team for product quotation.
Work with central project teams to continue improves various operation / reporting / planning processes. Steering the changes to improve the local procedures / tools to in line with corporate guidelines and internal management requirements.
Education / Certification
Bacheler degree or equivalent preferably economic or financial background
Leadership Experience
Good personal relationship and communication skill
