Day to Day Responsibilities:

• Optimize daily operational processes to improve effectiveness and efficiency of contract manufacturing operations with cross functional team as well mitigate any potential supply chain risk

• Continue to develop and enhance supplier quality and system roadmap to meet the business needs

• Implement operating plans that meet key performance objectives

• Purchase Order management in SAP including master data maintenance and improvement

• MRP and Short long term Capacity planning to run CM operation

• CM inventory management include physical stocks counting and SAP system data reconcilement.

• Perform analyses & build what if scenario models to support decision making

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree (Major in supply chain, operations management or industrial engineering is desired)

• PMP, APICS certification is a plus

• Car industrial work experience is a plus

• Engineering/ Quality work experience is a plus

Required Skills

• At least 3 years working experience in supply chain or supplier management

• Hands on work experience in supply planning, inventory planning, up-stream ordering process and knowledge in operation, warehouse, logistic operations, customer declaration, procurement.

• In depth knowledge of MS office applications on excel and SAP S4/ Hana system operation

• Native in Chinese, fluent in English, excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Have common sense for engineering and quality

Desired Skills

• Power BI/ Tableau a plus

• Engineering/ Quality background

• Must be s self-starter

• A real team player with interpersonal skills and ability to work in a cross-functional org.
