JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Proactively attains safe and healthy work environment for all employees

• Works closely with existing and new customers to identify new applications, markets, and business opportunities for composites processing equipment and technologies

• Identifies opportunities to improve capabilities of composites processing equipment based on customer experience and future needs

• Identifies opportunities to develop new types of composites procession systems based on market trends

• Reviews and analyzes customer part manufacturing requirements

• Recommends machine type to best fit the application

• Stays abreast of technological improvements and innovations

• Visits customer facilities to support introduction of systems and processes, resolve processing issues

• Provides market vision, direction, and feedback to management

• Prepares and delivers presentations on equipment applications and process capabilities.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must be a US Citizen

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering Degree or equivalent education and experience.

• Five or more years" experience in the manufacture of composites parts - especially deposition onto molding using pre-peg materials

• CAD modeling experience , machine programming appreciation experience

• Must have a collaborative mindset

• Knowledgeable and proficient using engineering computer aided design tools.

• Good organizational skills and detail oriented

• Excellent communication skills - verbal, written, presentation

• Working knowledge of composites equipment and processing, including tape layers, SMC/BMC, pre-peg layup

• Microsoft office software proficiency

• Travel up to 50% may be required
