PDS Defense, Inc. is seeking a Product Repair/Mod Tech A, in Heath, OH.

Job Description:

Assists with disassembly of systems components to support the correction of failures or implement changes. Assists with basic troubleshooting of pneumatic, hydraulic and electrical systems to isolate mechanical or electrical faults and repair faulty components. Performs validation/verification testing of systems and components. Fabricates and modifies aerospace products according to specifications. Assists with performs tasks associated with the safe handling of a simple aerospace vehicle (e.g. jacking, towing, system operations). Works under supervision. Regular and predicted attendance is required.

The shift will be based off business need. Candidates must be willing to work any shift, however most of the work is done within 1st shift hours.

Requirements:

-High School Diploma or Equivalent

-Aircraft Maintenance

-Manufacturing Experience & Electrical Experience

-Retrofit Repair Modification & Maintenance Experience

-Blueprint Reading

-Critical Thinking Experience

-Troubleshooting Experience

-Test Procedure Experience

-Problem Solving Experience

-Soldering Experience

-Electromechanical Experience

-Test Equipment Experience

-Small Hand Tool Experience (Tweezer, plyers, etc.)

-Experience Working Under Magnification/ Microscope

-Military Experience preferred

Education / Experience:

-Education/experience typically acquired through basic education (e.g. high school diploma/GED).
