Job Purpose and Impact

The Shipping Clerk (3rd shift) will provide administrative support to an individual, a small team or department. In this role, you will coordinate, integrate and implement assigned administrative or staff functions.

Key Accountabilities

  • Perform routine administrative work within established procedures.

  • Schedule and coordinate pickup times with customers.

  • Solicit, collect and organize documentation and data, performing moderately data entry into one or more systems.

  • Enter routine data into standard forms and templates and archive paper and electronic documents.

  • Receive and relay messages and respond to varied to routine administrative requests.

  • Handle basic clerical, administrative, technical or customer support issues under direct supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.

  • Other duties as assigned.

Position Information

Relocation assistance will not be provided for this position.

The schedule for this position is 6 pm to 6 am, one week is three days on and two days off. The next week would be two days on, three days off.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

  • High school diploma, secondary education level or equivalent.

  • Able to communicate in English.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Customer service or distribution software experience.

  • Experience working with inventory system.

  • Microsoft office experience (outlook, excel and Word).

  • Proven SAP experience and IPFS.
