Shift Differential

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsible for adding goods into their correct mass flow containers and preparing them for disbursement. Cleans and prepares containers before placing goods in them:

  • Responsible for adding goods into their correct mass flow containers and preparing them for disbursement. Cleans and prepares containers before placing goods in them.

  • Modifies, weighs, and inspects materials and products during manufacturing process to meet requirements and detect defects.

  • Loads and removes materials and products into machines and equipment, using hand tools and moving devices.

  • Understands and adheres to the standards set for Food Safety and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)

  • Perform regular and preventative maintenance and cleaning on machines to ensure optimum work cycles.

  • Responsible for packaging integrity and quality checks on each packaging order.

  • Ability to utilize ERP system for tracking production material usage (cartons, film, cases.)

  • Assist maintenance with equipment changeovers utilizing change parts, the HMI (Human Machine Interface), and standard operating procedures.

  • Collaborate with leads and supervisors to identify major downtime causes and collaborate to provide solutions.

Pay Details: $18.25 to $19.50 per hour
