Job Duties and Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

In this role, you will:

  • Collect, analyze, and interpret supply chain data to identify trends and opportunities.

  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).

  • Identify inefficiencies and propose solutions to enhance supply chain performance.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for process improvements and monitor results.

  • Develop and implement inventory management strategies, including demand forecasting.

  • Evaluate supplier performance, coordinate logistics activities, and analyze transportation costs for efficiency.

Skills, Experience and Requirements

As a successful Supply Chain Analyst II, you will have:

Education and Experience:

  • Associates degree+ or a minimum of two years of supply chain or business analytics related experience

  • Professional certifications such as APICS Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) or Certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM) is preferred

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

  • Proficient in supply chain software and data analysis tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Excel, Tableau).

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently, manage work assignments, and exercise judgment.

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office; flexible to changing business needs.

  • Detail-oriented and able to work collaboratively; Lean Six Sigma experience preferred.

Salary Ranges

Compensation: $63,150.00/Year - $90,000.00/Year

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.
