JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead Projects: Take the reins on exciting projects and see them through from concept to execution.

• Develop and Integrate: Develop custom PX4-based systems to drive our remote/autonomous robotic systems.

• Collaborate: Partner with a talented team of R&D engineers and programmers to innovate and push the boundaries of what's possible.

• Government Contracts: Use your experience with DoD contracts to manage deliverables, requirements, and help put together compelling proposals.

• Make an Impact: Here, your work matters. You'll have the chance to shape the direction of our projects and our company to make a real difference.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's Degree with 5-10 years of experience in the field

• Project leadership experience

• Proven experience with PX4, Ardupilot, or similar.

• Experience developing software for Drones.

• R&D Lab experience would be a plus.

• Experience working on government contracts, preferably with the Air Force or Army.

• Must be a creative problem-solver who loves tackling new challenges, learning new skills, and finding innovative solutions to never before solved problems.

• Must be a team player who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative, R&D environment.
