Exposure to various weather conditions such as extreme heat, cold, rain, or wind.Minimum RequirementsMust be at least eighteen (18) years of age.Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without needing sponsorship for employment work visa status now or in the future.Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver’s License.At least two years related experience in the construction industry required.Previous experience as a heavy equipment operator.Proficient knowledge of operating various heavy equipment, including bulldozers, excavators, loaders and graders.A strong commitment to safety, with a thorough understanding of equipment maintenance and repair procedures.Excellent hand-eye coordination and physical stamina to handle long hours of sitting, standing and operating heavy equipment.Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues as they arise.Effective communication and teamwork abilities, with a professional and positive attitude towards coworkers and clients.
