We are in the search for a proficient Legal Billing Analyst to be a part of our client's team in Haverhill, Florida. This role involves handling customer billing processes and maintaining accurate records within our organization. The successful candidate will be skilled in data entry, performing calculations, and typing.

Responsibilities:

• Handle all aspects of customer billing accurately and in a timely manner

• Conduct data entry related to customer information and billing details

• Perform calculations for billing purposes, ensuring accuracy at all times

• Effectively manage and maintain customer billing records

• Address customer inquiries related to billing and provide resolutions promptly

• Monitor customer accounts and take necessary actions when needed

• Collaborate with other team members to ensure a smooth billing process

• Utilize typing skills to efficiently input and update data

• Ensure adherence to all relevant company and industry regulations

• Continuously improve processes and systems to enhance efficiency in billing operations.

Requirements

• Experience with law firm billing

• Ability to perform calculations with speed and precision.

• Strong typing skills, including touch typing, for efficient data input.

• Experience in billing or a related financial role preferred.

• Familiarity with billing software and other relevant computer programs.

• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

• High level of professionalism and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.

• Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.

• Knowledge of billing procedures and best practices.

• A commitment to continuous learning and skills development.

• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

• High school diploma or equivalent required; further education or certification in finance or a related field is a plus.
