We are presently seeking a dedicated offfice professional for our customer service department. The primary responsibility of this role is to provide exceptional customer service by effectively managing customer orders, invoices, and related documentation. Excellent organizational skills Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word ERP experience a plus Prior Customer Service telephone experience a plus Seeks guidance and direction in the performance of responsibilities and duties Exhibit good time management skills that result in effectively completed duties Must be able to communicate verbally and in writing in the language understood and used by customers, managers and employees

salary: $19 - $20 per hour

shift: First

work hours: 8 AM - 4:30 PM

education: High School

Responsibilities

Provide telephone assistance to customers in a polite and capable manner

Handle customer orders for spare parts and miscellaneous items (elevator buttons, key switches, etc.)

Respond to customer email requests • Work to resolve customer issues and inquiries

Enter orders into computer system

Give customer updates based on weekly reports

Provide full back up support to inside sales team as needed
