We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Construction Estimator to join our team and contribute to our ongoing success.

Position Overview: As a Construction Estimator specializing in casework, lockers, and Division 10 & 12 specialties, you will play a crucial role in the pre-construction phase of projects. You will be responsible for accurately estimating the costs associated with casework, locker installations, and Division 10 & 12 items such as toilet accessories, fire protection specialties, and more. Your expertise will ensure that our bids are competitive while maintaining profitability and quality standards.

salary: $80,000 - $90,000 per year

work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM

Responsibilities

Estimation: Utilize your knowledge and experience to accurately estimate the costs of casework, lockers, and Division 10 & 12 items for construction projects of varying sizes and complexities. Material Takeoffs: Conduct detailed material takeoffs to determine the quantities of materials required for each project, considering factors such as specifications, drawings, and project requirements. Vendor and Supplier Relations: Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to obtain competitive pricing and ensure timely delivery of materials and products. Cost Analysis: Analyze project specifications, drawings, and other documents to identify cost-saving opportunities and value engineering alternatives without compromising quality. Bid Preparation: Prepare comprehensive and competitive bids that accurately reflect the scope of work, materials, labor, and other project costs, ensuring alignment with project requirements and client expectations.
