QUICKBOOKS BOOKKEEPER IN HAUPPAUGE AREA

Anna Parson at Robert Half is seeking a sharp, dedicated, detail-oriented QuickBooks Bookkeeper with a flexible mindset, capable of switching gears to meet the needs of various clients or multiple entities. In this role you will be involved in all aspects of accounting operations for several clients simultaneously and work for an excellent mentor.

As the QuickBooks Bookkeeper you will:

• Process full-cycle accounts payable and accounts receivable.

• Prepare bank reconciliations and GL account reconciliations.

• Prepare journal entries.

• Process payroll and book related journal entries.

• Communicate effectively with team members and clients to build lasting professional relationships.

• Use Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks to perform accounting functions and maintain accurate records.

Requirements

• Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel

• Understanding and experience with Accounting Functions

• Knowledge of Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Ability to prepare Bank Reconciliations

• Proficiency in preparing Journal Entries

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

• Good organizational and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
