Job Description

日本会計基準に基づく法定決算関連業務

・日本基準の保険負債、ソルベンシーマージン比率、利源分析等の算出およびレポーティング、システム開発業務等

・内部統制の整備(ドキュメントや体制の整備)

・SAS等を活用した業務環境の整備

必須のスキル・経験:

・保険会社(生保・損保)や監査法人等での保険数理に関する実務経験(2年以上)

・日本アクチュアリー会資格試験2科目以上

・Microsoft Office(特にエクセルファイル)を不自由なく使いこなせること

・日本語の読み書き、会話

有れば尚可のスキル・経験:

・生命保険会社での決算(日本基準等)業務の経験

・SASのプログラミング経験

・数理システムの開発もしくは使用経験

・英語力(読み書き、会話)

残業について:

経験、能力を考慮の上、当社規定により優遇します。

原則 9:00~17:00(実働7時間。フレックス制度あり)

Role Summary:

Reserve & Capital Reporting based on JGAAP

Job Descriptions:

Work on the following under the supervision of the team manager.

  • Calculate and analyze various JGAAP reserve / local capital related reports.

  • Improve / enhance valuation control process including documentation.

  • Improve reporting process using SAS, MS Excel, etc.

Required Skills & Experiences(must have):

  • Two years or more actuarial work experience

  • Actuarial credentials (two subjects or more)

  • Expert skills in MS Excel and other office tools.

  • Japanese skill (writing & speaking)

Skill & Experiences (is a plus):

  • Experience of JGAAP Valuation

  • Experience of SAS programing

  • Experience of development or usage of actuarial models

  • English skill (writing & speaking)

  • Explain specialized contents to outsiders in an easy-to-understand manner

Over time:

Ranges from 20-70 hours per month based on seasonality.

Salary:

Based on our Work Rules, we will consider your experience, skills and knowledge when we decide the salary.

Commutation allowance and Variable Incentive Bonus are paid based on our

Work Rules.

Working Hours:

Standard Working Hours: 9:00am - 5:00pm (Include 1 hour break. Flextime system available)
