Our Tool Room Assistants are responsible for altering, repairing, cleaning, maintaining, and assembling various types of tooling, injection mold dies, tools, fixtures, and gauges within our facility. Their responsibilities include cleaning dies, molds, and tools, performing bench and machine operations to construct, alter or repair the die casting molds and dies, operating manual equipment such as milling machines, CNC machines, engine lathes, grinders, and more, using precision instruments and blueprints to verify conformance of parts to customer specifications, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.

[Applicant must have forklift experience and capable of working in hot work environment. [No experience or post-secondary education is required for this position; however, candidates with experience in tool and die will be prioritized. [This position is available on second shift from 3:15 p.m. to 1:45 a.m. on Monday through Thursday. There may be some flexibility on hours.
