Responsibilities/Qualifications: The Crew Members will be responsible for executing manual labor tasks that involve physical bending, kneeling, and/or squatting repetitively to create unique outdoor living spaces. Some of the types of projects include, but are not limited to, hardscape projects (pavers and walls) and soft scape projects (rock/mulch, edging, plantings, sod/seed, grading work and snow removal). Crew members will use hand and power tools to implement designs on customer properties based on their Foreman s directions. This position will be on-call in the winter time for snow removal.
