Function Description:
Global Commercial Services (GCS) is the global leader in providing payments & financing solutions for Small, Medium and Large businesses.
The Strategy and Planning Team within Strategy M&A and Alliances (SMA) is charged with development of key strategic deliverables for GCS Leadership, leading investment planning, delivering OpEx transparency and aligning resources against strategic priorities.
Purpose of the Role:
This will be an individual contributor role and will support GCS partnership related processes, including expansion and management of current partners (including Amex Sync program), assisting the payment processing through Amex systems, generating expense reports for analysis and reporting.
Responsibilities:
Support GCS partnership processes including creating opportunities from leads, data management, onboarding, providing assistance to partners, tracking the metrics/ volumes, uploading metrics on the system and performing reporting.
Understand business drivers & contribute to continuous improvement by expanding on our reporting capabilities through automation, consolidation of metrics / parameters, incorporating intuitive analysis and recommendation or by creating new intuitive technologies etc. by leveraging information using different tools to create reporting solutions.
Collaborate with multiple internal teams to drive optimal output and deliver efficient reporting capabilities through best in class Analytics and Reporting solutions
Ensure that all deadlines are continually met and adequate controls are maintained over the processes to ensure integrity of the information
Ensure controls & compliance with prevailing policies & procedures
Stakeholder relationship management
Ability to work across multiple time zones

Past Experience:
2-4 years of past experience with,
Knowledge of Fintech Industry is preferred
Prior Knowledge of Cornerstone, Ariba, Concur, Oracle and Payments processes
Preferred: Knowledge of card business model & economics, partnership processes
Academic Background:
- B.COM/BBA or MBA (Finance & IT)
Functional Skills/Capabilities:
Understanding of the “Expense management and accounting tools.
Excellent communication skills with all levels of the organization – verbal and written
Must have strong analytical & decision-making skills.
Knowledge of procurement management processes and tools a plus
Project management
Technical Skills/Capabilities:
Strong analytical skills with the ability to undertake cause effect analysis
Technical bent of mind to drive automated solutions and process efficiency
Knowledge of Platforms:
Advanced MS office suits such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint Preferred
Ability to use platforms & tools such as Cornerstone, Oracle, OBIEE, Ariba, Concur, Tableau will be a plus
