Job Title: Material Handler

Job Description

Join our team as a Material Handler and engage in activities such as operating forklifts, handling materials, palletizing, shrink wrapping, and loading outbound trucks. You will also manage shipments via UPS/FedEx. This role is crucial in maintaining the efficiency of our warehouse operations.

Job Type

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 480 Hour(s).

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Harvard, Illinois.

Work Environment

Our facility offers a clean, temperature-controlled environment that is well-lit and brand new, emphasizing sustainability with a field of solar panels. We offer competitive pay of $18.00 per hour with a $2 night shift differential. Material Handlers in Raw Goods will train on 1st Shift from 8am-4:30pm, Monday through Friday for 2 weeks. All other departments will train on their standard shift of 5am-5pm. Shift schedules include various day and night shifts throughout the week. Steel-toed boots are required, and we reimburse up to $175 for them once permanent. The initial contract is a 5-month contract to hire.
