Position Summary The professional in this position supports Aetna Signature Administrators integrated enterprise services data related processes and initiatives. Responsible for program support, quality oversight and ability to manage data, files, and reconciliation from multiple sources. Analyzes capabilities and delivers data responses to support production needs. Works closely with internal teams, technical and Finance resources to integrate and reconcile varied data sources allowing timely reporting and insights related to specific business opportunities. Performs analyses to provide insightful responses in delivering accurate and timely results. Service focused and motivated, and is willing to understand and probe into data irregularities and client specific needs. Contributes to a strong team culture, innate at joining forces while demonstrating an active voice and “get better every day” mindset to continually learn, grow, innovate and work effectively without boundaries to achieve common goals. Required Qualifications

• Industry acumen in healthcare claims, systems and familiarity with PBM.

• Expertise in MS Excel, Office 365.

• Results driven with demonstrated analytical, collaboration, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• client support and leadership skills.

• Understanding of relational databases, data systems and data warehouses. Ability to manage conflicting priorities and multiple projects concurrently.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience integrating and analyzing large data sets from multiple and complex data sources is strongly desired.

• Knowledge of other reporting platforms such as: salesforce, PowerBI, PowerQuery, Tableau.

Education

Bachelor's degree in related field or 2+ years equivalent work experience.

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$43,700.00 - $107,200.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
