Job Description
As Director of Product Management with focus on security services you will lead a team that drives CSS security services and helps customers by creating impactful services to increase their security posture.

Responsibilities
What you will do
Assist in defining the product vision, strategy, roadmap, and requirements for CSS security services portfolio
Develop, launch and update CSS security services working with customers, Oracle Development/Cloud Operations/Support, and senior stakeholders in CSS Delivery, Pre-Sales and Business Development teams
Deliver service launch and ongoing service training and positioning sessions to CSS sales and pre-sales teams, and across lines of business within Oracle
Work with CSS GTM team to help develop go to market initiatives to drive security services sales
Identify and track to completion opportunities and develop initiatives to boost CSS security services adoption
Strong understanding of the cloud security managed service provider and professional and support services markets, track trends and provide competitive intelligence analysis of competitive service offerings
Understand customer needs and build service use-cases to drive service improvement and develop new service offerings
Work with CSS field stakeholder teams to drive and leverage field based innovation in new service offerings
Provide support to field sales/pre-sales teams: during sales pursuits, positioning and presenting CSS security service offerings, service quoting and responding to related questions
Be responsible for service performance tracking and KPIs relating to service sales performance
Work collaboratively with other members of the product management team where CSS security services interface with other services in the CSS portfolio
Engage in outbound product management activities and present CSS services at internal and external Oracle and industry events
What you need to succeed
Experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure and SaaS related security services (e.g. OCI IAM, Cloud Guard, Data Safe, Web Application Firewall, AI security including Guardrails, SaaS Risk Management Cloud)
At least 5 years of experience with common cloud security models and regulations such as Zero Trust, IAM/MFA, CIS, OWASP, ISO 27001, GDPR (and associated country regulations).
At least 5 years of experience in product management, preferably in a cloud security services provider (servicing Oracle or other hyperscaler cloud), and/or professional services market
A proven track record of delivering successful cloud services related service offerings from ideation to launch
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills and commercial awareness
A BS or MS degree or equivalent experience in computer science, engineering, business, or related fields

CA: Hiring Range in CAD from: $116,400 to $254,300 per annum.
US: Hiring Range in USD from: $139,200 to $291,800 per annum. null
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
