Hartford Hospital seeks an experienced Advanced Practitioner to lead and lead the Department of Surgery, which includes adiverse array of service lines: vascular, thoracic, transplant, plastics, general, trauma, and the procedures team.. This role involves driving improvements in care delivery models through collaboration with administration, physician, and nursing leadership. The Director will develop policies and procedures related to surgical AP practice, advise on credentialing and performance standards, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Schedule:Full-time, 60% admin 40% clinical.Premium differentials offered.
