The Medical Chart Reviewer supports comprehensive and targeted chart reviews by accessing the Epic EMR. Using clinical knowledge, the reviewer interprets medical charts to identify specific metrics and/or relevant information located in Consultation reports, History and Physical reports, Operative reports, Progress reports, Discharge reports and other documentation. Compare this information with defined criteria to evaluate compliance with evidence-based care for complex oncology cases. Be an expert in finding information in structured and unstructured documentation.
