Are you a seasoned Registered Nurse (RN) Director with experience managing Peri-Operative Services? Trinity Health invites you to join our FirstChoice Mobile Resource Pool as an Interim Leader. FirstChoice Leaders play a vital role in filling interim leadership positions within our extensive healthcare system spanning across the nation.

In accordance with the Mission and Guiding Behaviors, the Interim Peri-Operative RN Director, works collaboratively with all members of the healthcare team to provide administrative support and direction to managers within Peri-Operative Services/assigned area(s) of responsibility over agreed upon assignment (interim) period.

Provides clinical and administrative leadership for planning, organizing, directing, monitoring, and evaluating safe high-quality patient care/services as directed by the ministry/site executive team. Reports to the ministry/site senior executive, based upon assigned interim duties; and to the FirstChoice executive leadership.

QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE

  • Registered Nurse RN Licensure: Valid and current Connecticut registered nurse licensure is required.

  • Experience: 5 or more years of RN Director experience in Peri-Operative Services, Operating Room or Surgical Services Department is required. Director experience in Level 1 Trauma, strongly preferred.

  • BLS certification: Current American Heart Association.

Pay rate is $4675.00 Gross Weekly. This rate includes a tax free stipend.
