We have an exciting remote opportunity for a Financial Manager, Operations Finance – Facilities & Services!

What You Will Do:

MC&O Industrial Operations is a unique and diversified organization that provides exposure to all the different disciplines within the operations organization.The group provides in depth financial business unit support for over $300 million of expense spending and $15 million of capital spending for the facilities & services groups across 3 campuses (East Hartford CT, Middletown CT, West Palm Beach FL).

This position is for the Financial Manager for the facilities & services organizations, security, and EH&S for East Hartford, CT, Middletown, CT and West Palm Beach, FL.

• Provide proactive financial analysis and guidance to the leadership teams within each organization.

• Ensure financial and control functions are integrated to optimize cost reduction, satisfy requirements, and safeguard assets.

• Create cost monitoring and cost control techniques to ensure the achievement of financial goals and objectives.

• Direct the monthly closing activities and report on financial performance versus established budgets and objectives.

• Develop annual plans and monthly forecasts for operating expenses, capital spend to keep operating management focused on financial objectives.

• Prepare and present presentations to align Operations and Financial leadership with the unit’s performance.

• Coordinate the capital team to drive forecast accuracy and project planning across all four campuses.

Qualifications You Must Have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance and 8+ years of experience in Accounting or Finance; OR an Advanced degree in Accounting or Finance and 5+ years of experience in Accounting or Finance.

Qualifications We Prefer:

• Candidate must be able to handle customer requests, and interaction, and present data across multiple layers of the organization.

• Candidate should have strong analytical skills.

• Candidate will be able to work with little direction.

• You will also be proficient in Excel, SAP, and Business Warehouse.

Remote: Employees who are working in Remote roles will work primarily offsite (from home).

The salary range for this role is 96,000 USD - 200,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
